We have vast experience with handling products through the customs process. We strive to always delivery your packages safely with few exceptions:
1. If there is a problem with getting your package through OUR country’s customs department, we will take full responsibility and will resend at the earliest convenience for free.
2. If there is a problem with getting your package through YOUR country’s customs department, you will be notified and held responsible for working with your country’s customs department to release your order. We will NOT be responsible for these instances. No refunds will be issued if your order does not pass through YOUR country’s customs department.
All packages must be signed for. If no one is available to sign and receive your package, then it will be held in your local post office until you are able to sign for the package. We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your order once you receive it, you can send it back to us and we will refund the full value of the products. All returned items must be in new and unworn condition.
